We are a Manchester based specialist solicitors practice dedicated to pursuing claims only for the injured person (or the claimant) in accident and disease claims.

We will not work for insurance companies who defend claims initiated by genuine persons who have been injured through no fault of their own. We also have dedicated departments for employment law, wills and probate as well as conveyancing.

We are not a Claims management company (similar to the now defunct Accident Group) nor will we sell your claim on to the highest bidder. These companies are NOT regulated and should be avoided.
They add NO VALUE to your claim.

We operate on a No Win- No Fee basis for accident and disease claims and we do not charge you if you win or lose. We offer a contingency fee service for employment and criminal injury cases. We will insure your case in the event of a loss but this charge will be claimed on your behalf from the other party-you pay nothing up front as we are able to defer all payments for disbursements -ie medical fees, until the end of your case and then the other party or insurer will repay the costs.
